I have been having achy muscles all over my body for 3 days now I feel very weak and the pain is bad I haven t done any exercise to feel like this it feels worse than doing a work out, I spoke to my doctor on the phone and she thinks it s a virus but didn t ask me to come in to check and I m worried as I m in pain and just feels like I m not getting the attention and care off of my doctor that I need
noted history of severe muscle pain associated with weakness. these are general symptoms which may be secondary to an underlying pathology such as systemic viral illness, which will resolve spontaneously after a couple of days. if you had a strenuous activity prior to the onset of pain, it may also be a muscular strain. symptomatic treatment of pain with analgesics ever 4-6hours as needed for pain and rest, is advised. if the symptoms persist and/or progressed, it is best if you consult with a doctor for physical examination and clinical evaluation. diagnostics and management will be directed accordingly.
hope this helps.
good day!!
