Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine In An Elderly Person

My 90 year old mother in law is suffering from a severe migraine. She took an oxycodone (2.5 mg) at 9 AM and 1 PM. She also took an excedrine migraine at 3 PM. She is still in pain. The Oxycodone is written for 1/2 to 1 tablet q 6 hours PRN - the tablets are 5 mgs. Can she take another Oxycodone? I am concerned about the fact that she had an Excedrin Migraine on top of the oxycodone. She also took a 2 mg Valium at noon.
