Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain
I had an accident last year and I have been having a back pain since then. It feels warm at my upper and lower back and it really hurts. My doctor took some ex-rays and says it not anything serious. But it will take time to heal by itself. All he does is to put warm stuffs on my back anytime I go to see him. The lower back feels better than the upper back. What can I do to heal it completely? as you says about accident problem..that pain must relieve because it is already a year back.
all you need is to be examined by SPINE SURGEON..get done X RAY , CT SCAN or MRI SCAN..and take expert advise..you will come out from pain..for sure..
