Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

I m having pain in my lower back. It has moved around from side to side for a few days. It seems to be more in one spot today. The pain radiates down my hip and legs t times. Approximately a year or so ago I had siacaatia pains bu this fonally went away with therpy. Coulld this be this has come back?

yes you arw thinking in right directionn.
so have fresh X RAY and CT SCAN and physical examination by orthopedician if pain is lasting longer or much intense or not relieved in 4-5 day after pain killer drugs.
