Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

Hi - recently, while walking, I developed pain in my lower back (right side, felt like it was in th bone!). It went away when I sat down, but returned when I started walking again. The pain is now gone, however I am afraid to walk too much. I don t want it to come back again. Any idea why it happened? Thanks for your help!
