Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain And Constipation

I have been having lower adominal pain in the left side for about three days. I have had gas and bloating as well. I thought it was constipation so i ve tooken everything to get rid of it and even when i pass a bowel movement the pain is still there. I have had ectopic surgery for the right falliopin tube and i am scared that this is the same thing but I am not bleeding...

Hi thanks for asking question.
On the first point of view it seems like indigestion problem.
But it is better you do your USG abdomen examination just to be sure for no other cause like adhesion in GI tract.
Do your CBC to rule out infective etiology.
If everything OK then treat for indigestion with taking lots of water.and fibre containing diet along with over the counter laxative can be taken.

Avoid spicy food.
Avoid smoke.
Fibre supplement can be used.
If still no benefit then further work up is necessary.
