all of my joints hurt and ache, along with muscles, I have trouble walking or going up or down steps. I have diab II. I take physical therapy for hip joint pain and have been doing stretches. my right knee just got 5 injections because it is pretty much bone on bone. my shoulders and neck stay tight and tense most of the time. I have a fatty cyst on right side of my neck which goes into spasms periodically . I take medsfor diab, blood pressure, heart problems, plus some vits, I am 74, 220 # have been much more active in the past years (2-4) all of a sudden I feel awful more than I feel tolerably good. what specialty do I need.
