Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching On The Fingers

My husband age 60 has between his fingers what looks like athletes foot from pictures seen online. Hands are itchy and raw, it heals slightly then gets worse. It also is on different fingers on the sides. Has in past had painful rawness on palm lines, kind white/grey dryness? He has been on a detox from his Doctor, has been dealing with low adrenaline, hashimotos. Husband says if he was a car he feels he is running on one cylinder. He has been prescribed numerous antibiotics for sinus etc problems. He is not a happy camper. Could use some help if you could.

Itchiness in hands and recurrent development of rawness can be due to some primary skin disease.
I suggest you to consult your dermatologist for clinical assessment, definitive diagnosis and thus management.
