Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching On Hands

what could cause severe itching on the the inside of my hands and fingers with no visible signs of redness or blistering? I notice it more in the evening but also have the symptoms during the day. I have been given perscriptions for bacterial creams which do not help a whole lot

it appears like contact dermatitis. must have touched some thing which which has developed sensitisation. take tab levocetrizine 5mg tamlet daily. apply betnovate cream.
