Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches And Vomiting In A Child

My son has a bad UTI was told yesterday he s got protein in his urine he s been vomiting tonight severe headache and says he feels spasms in his kidney he was very sick last wk with vomiting and fever I m very worried he s on a rehab center to heal from car wreck he s a quadriplegic they aren t that good here should I have him go to a hospital

he has got uti along with it renal involvement is there. renal profile may be done. consult nephrologist for examination and advise on treatment.restrict protein rich food and drink.on their recommendation you can get him admitted to such hospital having treatment facility for renal problem.
