Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache While Having Gastritis

Hi doctor im 28 year old male I get severe headache because of gastritis and I ve know this for 2 years because of the severe headache I can t go to work it affects my daily routine I have taken omee tablets now that won t help too is there any solutions for this

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
The starvation as a result of gastritis leads to head ache & any pain killer is likely to increase symptoms , get vomited out, so does not give any relief from head ache.
You need to get treatment of gastritis sincerely( Proton pump inhibitor like Ranitidine along with antacid ( gelusil )/ bland ,cold diet/avoid fasting, take small servings every 2-3 hours.
For head ache take the pill advised by your doctor along with other medicines & cold milk/ doctor may give you injection.
