General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there,
Are you undergoing something that makes you tense or stressed out? Work pressure, family problems , anything? Your symptoms are a way of your body reacting to the stress that your mind is going through. You need to talk to a psychologist and he/she will counsel you and help you manage your stress. They will also prescribe you medication that will relieve your anxiety. Only when your anxiety is reduced by therapy sessions will you find your symptoms declining.

I tell my patients this , never be embaressed about seeking help for any medical issue. So go ahead and consult a psychologist/psychiatrist.
Hope this helps,
Please feel free to address any further queries to me,
I find this answer helpful
