Hello,

The feelings of "sinus" pressure in the front of the face and "congestion" which does not clear with antihistamines, antibiotics, or nasal/sinus rinses using devices, etc. is the biggest clues to the pain not being from any sort of allergic or infectious process but rather headache, usually of the migraine type.

Sinus/allergy headaches are likely the most over-diagnosed sorts of headaches and the diagnosis is simply incorrect.
Your symptoms are much more likely due to those of activation of the trigeminal nerve, which richly innervates the sinuses, the facial region to include the forehead, eyes, and nose and should be looked at from that perspective.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
