Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Dizziness Following A Head Injury

I think I have a head concussion and my head hurts really bad, but this has been going on for 3 years now. 3 years ago, I had a concussion where I hit my head on cement on accident real hard and I went to the ER and they did a CT scan and everything came back normal so they said I probably just have a minor concussion and it should go away in a few day or a week... Well, 3 years later and not a day has gone by without my head hurting. It hurts constantly all the time and causes me a huge distress in my life and I am unable to focus at school. Just recently, however, I hit my head again on accident on the microwave door and I hit it pretty hard and it hurt when I hit it and ever since then, my head has been hurting SO MUCH. I ve been dizzy now for a week, it feels like my brain is moving inside my head, not like my head is spinning, but like my actual brain inside my head is spinning. It also feels really tight and painful and I can t walk around because the thumping of my feet on the ground when I walk, it makes me more dizzy and hurts. It almost feels like my head is hollow. You know when you re out in the sun for too long and your squinting your eyes and then your forehead starts to hurt from squinting? It kind of feels like that, but in the back of my head. This pain is in the back of my head near where my neck starts, but just above there... There is a bump on your head, like the normal little hump where your neck and your head meet and right above the hump, like sort of on the top of my head is where this is hurting. The dizziness is in both the front and the back though, but the pain is just in the back/top area. I was out of school for a week because I could not walk up and down the stairs and I an t focus. What do you suggest? Should I go to the doctor? Because we went to the doctor 3 years ago and all they said was you have a concussion and it will go away and then it never went away and they didn t really do anything about it and it is really expensive we do not want to go and find out the same thing we already know... but at the same time I really want this pain to stop... Can you help?
