Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

Hello, my name is Emma and my hair is falling out like a cancer patient. I am taking several medicines, Venlafaxine HCL Er 75MG po cap, Lisinopril 40 MG tablet,Atorvastin Clcium tablets 40mg. this has just started within the last 6 weeks. Could these medictions be the cause?
