Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

Suffering from severe hair loss ...tried all the oil massage...proper healthy diet..even solutions of 10℅ for gaining hair back that too for 6 months along with vitamin tablets...nothing is helping to stop my hair fall..Wht should I do?I m just 28yrs old.male

as you have tried many options including hair oils , multivitamins , and even probably minoxidil 10% solution but did not get any good results
did u consult any dermatologist prior to start minoxidil 10% , IF NOT THAN YOU SHOULD because minoxidil should not be used without expert advise and it should not be stopped as this leads to further hair loss ,

its highly possible that your hair loss is related to androgenic alopecia (male pattern baldness) or any specific skin disorder so you should first consult a Dermatologist and get it examined to rule out the exact cause of hair loss
to get it treated
