Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Based on symptoms, my previous PCP diagnosed me with neuropathy (foot pain). 9 months later, that same pain has gotten worse to the point that it hurts to stand and can be excruciating to walk. My chiropractor suggests Plantar Fasciitis . Looking at symptoms, I see it more like Bone Spurs. How can I tell, and how do I relieve the pain?
Hi, I have gone through your query.I suggest you go in for an X-Ray of your foot to rule out Bone spurs. You can try the following: 1--Alternate hot & cold compress of your foot.2--An anti-inflammatory Aceclofenac 200mg once at bed time.3-- Methycobalamine 500mg 3 times a day for 10 days.
