Suggest Treatment For Severe Foot Pain
I have got terrible pain in my left foot. I first thought it was plantar fascitis which it is in my heel but also it runs in the inside of my foot, just behind my arch on the fleshy part of the foot near the heel. I got new shoes and had orthotic inserts made for the pain but this just about kills me. I ve tried icing it after getting home from 12 hour shifts at work. What else can I try?
