Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue And Memory Issues
i HAD MASTECTOMY 4/20/16. THE FIRST ESTROGEN INHIBITOR (ANASTRODE) MADE ME EXPERIENCE FATIGUE AND SOME MEMORY DELAYS. MY DOCTOR TOLD THE NURSE TO TELL ME STOP TAKING IT ! LAST WEEK, A NEW ONCOLOGIST AT THE SAME CLINIC PRESCRIBED EXTEMESTANE 25MG. I HAVE TAKEN IT FOR 3 DAYS. I DO NOT SEEM TO HAVE SIDE AFFECTS, BUT NO CHANGES REGARDING FATIGUE. HOW LONG SHOULD I TAKE THIS ONE TO SEE ANY IMPROVEMENT?

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intra cranial (inside the brain) causes.
