Suggest Treatment For Severe Eczema And Allergy To Several Foods

My 13yr old daughter developed severe eczema 8 mths ago. I took her to Allergist they tested her for external allergies. She has several- trees, grass, dust mites, etc. They did not do a food test. I just recently had her tested for food allergies and she is allergic to milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, corn, pork. This is very concerning to me, why have I not realized this sooner? I nursed her for the first 9 months of her life. I notice she breaks out in hives and gets itchy after eating just about everything. A woman in Barnes & noble suggested I look into her histamine level. Would that be in her blood report, or is it a specific test?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Treatment of allergy is just avoiding allergens. While histamine is tested in the blood. Blood sample is taken from vein and then histamine level is tested in it.
