Suggest Treatment For Severe Dry Skin

I am 70 years old, and four months ago my skin started getting real dry and wrinkly. I wake up with extreme dry mouth and have to drink water throughout the night. My skin feels like dry paper and in a matter of four months its appearance is extremely wrinkliy. From supple skin to dry crisp skin in a matter of four months. What is happening?

Hi,

As per your query about severe dry skin within a span of 4 months seems to excessive loss of water from body or dehydration. It can be due to diabetes and other hormonal imbalances or Urinary tract infection etc. I suggest you to consult a physician for blood sugar examination and if there is urinary incontinence urine investigation is needed.

Take more fluids and juices and exact treatment can be done after the evaluation and examination.

I hope this information helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jyoti Pandey
