As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from medication induced side effects leading to dry mouth and bloating that is causing bulging of abdomen.. Although after continuing the medication for a few days, the symptoms tend to subside as the drug becomes compatible with your body but in case if there is worsening of symptoms consult your Physician and get evaluated and he can either reduce the dose of medicine or change the drug.. As of now you can take symptomatic treatment to relieve the symptoms like you can also stick xylitol patches inside the mouth over mucosa and it will help in creating a coating in mouth and prevent dryness.. Also keep sipping water whenever you wake in the middle of night.. Chew sugarfree chewing gums and suck tart candies..
