General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The severity of distension with no relief from routine agents indicate possible underlying pathology involving intestine motility which can be intestine obstruction or else. I recommend an immediate visit to the emergency room and get an x-ray abdomen to decide the curative line of management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
