hello I have hashimoto s ; some doctors told me it goes away. Trust me it does not! 30 plus years and 15 endocronolgist s later it does not! I suffer daily. I do take snythroid but struggle with depression and loss of mental functions. I call it brain fog. A doctor put me on Addreall for adult ADD for hard to stay focased and on taste at times. In the are of law that is not good, nor is waking up every day feeling like I got run over by a buss. I ve been told removing my thyroid glad would not help. That does not seem logical and what do I do about this ADD diagnosis? For over 30 years I ve stumped the doctors for I refuses to get fat and have managed a legal practice. I m 55 now over emotional and finding my ability to fight this mentally not working as I had done in the past. Please tell me why so many doctors are so mis informed about this most disabilitating desease? Please excuse typing. Just had my nails done. Thank you for your kind support.
