General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
As per details,
You are suffering from dysmenorrhea
if I will be your treating Doctor
I would Advise you to take
- Naproxen 500mg twice a day after meal
- Place hot water bottle or heating pad at you back or lower abdomen
- Take one glass of hot milk with 1 table spoon in it.
These will give you symptomatic relief and you will feel better.
I will not recommend you to take valium for
Dysmenorrhea.
Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you Good health.
Regards
