is there any fever or weight loss. did you get an X-ray chest done.
If the diagnosis is bronchitis it sometimes does take time to get better.
Firstly remove any precipitating factors like smoking or pollution.
add an anti allergic like Allegra 120 mg daily.
take a mucolytic like acocontin twice a day or tab. mucinac twice a day.
If there is a fever add an antibiotic like ceftum twice a day for 5 days.
continue with the nebulizer and inhaler.
walk briskly atleast for 40 minutes daily.
eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables.
build your resistance.
