Hi i m 20 years old i HV piles problem. I cannot sit bcoz of that pain some times blood comes in that place.and also constipation i eat lot of fruits i consulted doctor also she Gav me medicine but for some month it wl give relief again it has started now so please give me a solution for my problem can i take pilex tablet and ointment??

Hi you seem to have a fissure--that is a tear due to hard stools and takes long to improve. You should continue with stool softeners,(soluble isabgol) local ointments (pilex, anovate, proctosedyl) for a long time (and even drugs to relieve inflammation and pain intermittently)--to bring about healing--regards
