Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation, Pain And Blood Clots In My Stool

have a serious question ? I was diagnosed with is a few years ago. After bleedING very bad out of my butt and it happened twice in two years.I get sick a lot. And for three weeks now I am experiencing what I never experienced before.I have savere constipation pains. But I can poop from time to time. But for the past three weeks. I can t move at night. I cant turn onto my sides with out wanting to cry.it s very hart to get out of bed. I feel stiff and in huge pain. I can t stand In one spot or I become In pain.I do get blood clots on my stool but I was told that was normal.

Is this strong pain localised in abdomen,or inside the anal zone?

Are you having a regular bio healthy diet?

Please take care of it and

1. Have 10-14 glassesof water per day

2. Eat soups fruits vegetables

3. Take an tablespoon of virgin olive oil every morning before breakfast (or coconut oil)

4. Get an appointment to your doctor,a colonoscopy,abdominal echography would help a lot
