General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your chest pain could be due to the Psychological/panic attack, any pulmonary cause.
Just go for chest xray to rule out any pulmonary cause, routine blood tests, ESR, CRP, vitamins B12 and D.
If all the investigation will come normal then it could be due to the psychological problem.
Consult the psychiatrist for the proper evaluation.
Anti anxiety , anti depressant drug and cognitive behavioral therapy will helpful.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, do regular exercise like walking and yoga.
Hope this may help you
