Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain

I have chest pain in the area of the heart that is not heart related. I had a stress test done today and that all checked out just fine. I am a middle aged man and I am in great shape. The pain is not constant meaning not everyday. What else could that be?

to begib with something not so serious, your chest pain could be secondary to:
-musculoskeletal pain
-reflux better known as gastro esophageal reflux disease.
