Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain

Hello my name is Ashley and Im 28 years old. My questions is that today Ive have been having severe chest pain. It hurts when I breathe and take deeps breaths in and out. I had really bad nausea a couple of days ago, so just not sure if it was indigestion or something else but this pain has been going on for a few hours now, thanks

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Possibility of acute gastritis and related chest pain is more in your case.
So avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals. Drink plenty of fluids orally. Start proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs.
You will mostly improve with all these lifestyle modifications.
If not improving than consult doctor and get done ecg to rule out cardiac causes for chest pain.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
