Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain

I was feeling really tight squeezing pain in the center of my chest for about 20minutes and then now it is better after I showered but it still a little tight especially around the the outside of the center (so if I place a fist in the center, where it originally hurt, but it s now more pain around the fist area instead of center) I didn t think I needed to go to the hospital, I wanted to wait and see, is that ok

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having mostly GERD ( gastroesophageal reflux disease ) .
It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter.
Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the Central chest pain.
So try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid hot and spicy food.
2. Avoid stress and tension.
3. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
4. Start Proton pump inhibitors.
5. Go for walk after meals.
If you are not improving with these things then consult doctor and get done ecg to rule out cardiac cause.
