Hello,

Extreme stress can cause anxiety and anxiety can cause palpitation, sweating, panting, chest pain, hypertension all together. But there is nothing to be alarmed of. But to make sure that the problem is stress and anxiety, all the heart related tests are to be conducted and confirmed. Therefore I suggest consulting a cardiologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
