Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain When Diagnosed With Anxiety Disorder

I was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder 8 months ago I went to hospital for chest pain they did a nucler stress test and blood work and ekg said heart looked good today I went for chest pain they said ekg blood work was great but after walking up stairs my heart started racing could this be my anxiety

Hello,

These symptoms may not be related to anxiety. Your increased heart rate could be due to exertion.

The cardiologist should examine the heart by auscultation and after going through ECG should diagnose the problem related to irregular heartbeat, if any.

Also, you have not provided your age and weight which could indicate an inappropriate body mass index. Ultrasound of heart is to be taken to see the condition of myocardium if everything is alright.
