Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain And Heart Palpitations
About 8weeks ago began to get strong chest pain with occasional rapid heartbeat and palpitations. Bloodressure is on the lowsidd. Now I have started fainting up to ten times per day. Happens when sitting or standing. Severe headache some days. Chest pain there constantly.

I really appreciate your concern, such clinical symptoms requires immediate medical attention to rule out the cerebral and cardiac disease and for that you have to get done the CT of brain and ECG if these are unremarkable then it could be hysteric attack, else condition need to be managed accordingly, you have not mentioned your age and gender otherwise something more specific could have been thought hope this information helps.
