Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain And Breathing Difficulty

Hi im lady mar. Im just 19 years old and I have right bundle branch block. And i just want to know. Is this a serious sick.? If yes, how serious it is. And i always experiencing chest pain and there are times that i cant breath. My doctor gave me medicine. Its Angiozem for chest pain. Its that enough to ill my pain.?? Please answer me. Thanks.

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe chest pain and breathing difficulty . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to two things firstly it can occur due to cardiac problem like angina or secondly it can occur due to acid reflux disease . There are possibility of conditions like asthma or chest infection. I would suggest you to consult cardiologist without any delay for proper examination . Doctor may order certain testa like X-ray , TMT , ECG and complete blood profile . Sometimes doctor may also order angiography . Doctor may prescribe nitriglycrine , betablockers and sedatives . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist if he/she finds problem to be related to acid reflux . for now take proper rest . Doctor may also refer you to pulmonologist for chest infection.
