hi
you must consult a spine doctor.sometimes it is a refereed pain from lumba sacral spine or sciatic nerve syndrome.it should be systematically explored if it continues.MRI of spine and lower abdomen for ruling out lower abdominal visceral pains may be a part of exploration.so reach out to specialists on recurrence of pain.
thanks
