hi,
as you mentioned about your history it is sad to hear so many injuries you have faced.
let's come to a symptoms you are facing. As you said you had cervical and lumbar surgeries did you perform any muscle strengthening exercises to help support the spine?
if not you should try being doing
physical therapy and learn the mild exercises which on later stages will be progressed to moderate level.
Also the use of
ultrasound therapy and
TENS will help reduce muslce spasm and reduce pain.
Also, you should perform breathing exercises as during
scoliosis there are chances of reducing in the lung capacity. So breathing exercises will help improve the lung capacity.
Also for scoliosis correction you need to seriously indulge into the exercises as the spine needs correction to avoid future pains.
Prevention is better than cure. So maintaining the muscle strength will provide you good spinal stability.
Also exercise is a slow and boring process but also an effective one.
I have seen cases from age group of 10-80 and I have seen the use of exercises are helped them stabilize the spine.
With the grace of god I wish you a good health.
