Hello,I injured my back on January 29, 2015 by falling down the stairs (wooden stairs) at home.I was taken to the ER and I was told that I had a L1 and possible L2 transverse process fractures. My left side of my back still hurts and I can t sit or walk for too long because my back starts hurting. It s been 8 weeks already since that happened and the pain is still there, not as intense as before but still hurts. I ve been off from work. Any advice on what to do besides resting and taking Naproxen and hydrocodone for pain? My email: YYYY@YYYY . Thanks in advance for your time.
