Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam
I have gone through your query and read your symptoms.
In my opinion, you have caught gastrointestinal infection, take plenty of fluids and ORS solution, and see your doctor for the diagnosis and proper treatment, fluid loss can cause severe dehydration, so be cautious.
I hope that answers your query. If you want any more clarification, contact me back.
I find this answer helpful
