Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. As per your history, please find my advice below:

1)Do full blood count with differential

2)Do Chest X-ray

3)Do ECG/ECHO

Continue medications as usual and as she is 77 years old. Do all these investigations and further medications will be added.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
