Suggest Treatment For Severe Asthma In An Elderly Person
My mother is suffering from severe asthma. Her age is 77 years. In winter her condition change s from bad to worst. On walking only 8 to 10metre there is wheejing sound in her chest and breathing problem occur. At present she is taking salbir-i respules having composition Salbumatol and tiotropium bromide. Two times a day. She also take budecort respules in addition to that she is taking telvas-am for blood pressure and for breatng she also take doxyfyline 400mg. One month before we are giving foracort fort rotacaps having composition fummetrol femart and budesmide powder twice a day and tiate rotacaps once a day and levolin respuse as per requirement and also giving antiallergic montair lc. You guide me how can we solve this asthma problem.
