Suggest Treatment For Severe Arthritis

               Hi, The query is regarding my mother's illness. My mother ageing 52 years, is suffering form Athrities from past 15 years, and since from 5-6 years she is completely bed ridden. Her knees are bent, she cannot walk from past 5-6 years. We consult the Doctor at NIMS, Hyderabad, he has suggested my mom to undergo Knee replacement surgery, but we do not have enough money to undrego the operation. Currently she been on medication. The tablets what she is takeing are, Admax, Pansa, Tryptomer, Saaz, HCQS, Bevon, Folitrax 15 mg (once a week), Risfos (only on every Sunday morning), Whysolene, Calcidol Sachet. We want my mother to be on tablets for 2 years, later after 2 years we will make her get operated by arranging for the money till then. Sir please provide your suggestion/second opinion, can she be on tablets for 2 years, without undergoing the surgery? Please help us by giving your valuable opinion. Thanking you in adavance.

I have studied your case with diligence.

NSAIDs, DMARDs (disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs) are prescribed in severe cases.
She is already on good amount of medicine
Newer biologics have role in RA.

I have lot of experience of patient of RA and long term results with allopathic medication are not satisfactory,so consult me directly for further assistence.
