Suggest Treatment For Severe Arthritis In Lower Back And Hips

YYYY@YYYY I have severe arthritis in lower back and both hips, looking at a hip replacement soon. My sister who is a fully trained nurse suggested I ask the Dr. About taking Paradox. I am guessing it may be an anti-inflammatory? I cannot find this drug online to research it, can you help. I am also a Hasimoto sufferer. Thanks Judy Ward

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, as long as your condition is concern better to have second opinion before thinking for hip replacement, now for the NSAID (Non-steroid Anti-inflammatory Drug ) more or less all are same except the potency, and better use low potency analgesic and "Tab Diclofenac" would be fine, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
