I am 28 years old...about 2 years back I started getting pimples Which turned into severe acne...I consulted a dermatologist and undergone a complete course of 6 -7 months which showed positive results and all my pimples were removed....after that I had 6 sittings of microdermabrasion which removed the pimple marks also...after that I never had any facial or any other treatment. ..now I want to know that can I go for facial sometimes or again I need to go for peeling ? And sometimes I get 1 or 2 pimples because of pollution ..which cream I need to use as I was not using anything on my face after these treatment just klm kln face wash. ?
I understand your problem of occasional pimples after getting cured
I think you should apply gel containing tretinoin 0.025 % (nioret nano gel, zydus) this cream will clear pimples , will make your skin rejuvenate, and at the same time will prevent recurrence,
Apply only thin layer of gel at night time initially only for half hour ,if no irritation or redness than you can increase the duration to 45 minutes after 2 weeks, avoid the area close to eyes nasal fold and lips,
Apply good quality moisturizer at bed time (cetaphil cream, galderma) to prevent dryness due to tretinoin

Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne
Hello dear, I understand your problem of occasional pimples after getting cured I think you should apply gel containing tretinoin 0.025 % (nioret nano gel, zydus) this cream will clear pimples , will make your skin rejuvenate, and at the same time will prevent recurrence, Apply only thin layer of gel at night time initially only for half hour ,if no irritation or redness than you can increase the duration to 45 minutes after 2 weeks, avoid the area close to eyes nasal fold and lips, Apply good quality moisturizer at bed time (cetaphil cream, galderma) to prevent dryness due to tretinoin And I will prefer micro dermabrasion by a dermatologist than facial , Hope this conversation will help you, thank you
