Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne And Acne Scars

I've been battling with Bacne for the longest time. I just can't figure out how to get rid of my acne or acne scars? I have super sensitive skin too. It's taking a huge toll on my self esteem because they're everywhere and I'm hopeless. What can I do? What would you recommend? Please help!!
They're also on my shoulders and chest.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain acne can occur due to a number of causes like oily skin,hormonal changes, clogged pores, bacterial infection, inflammation and excess sun exposure..
You should start washing your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash.
Apply gels containing benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin..
Apply retinoid like Adapelene gel at night.
Do cool compresses over the pimples..
You can also scrub your face and other area using a gentle face and body scrub..
For scars you can apply silicone gel and creams containing azelic acid and glycolic acid..
If there is pigmentation Kojic acid cream can be applied along with Vitamin E gel..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion, chemical peeling, Fractional CO2 lazer etc..
