Suggest Treatment For Severe Acidity In A Child

My daughter 8years old is suffering from acidity problem whenever she takes water/food. Four days before stomach pain was there and she was given cyclopam, O2H, Pantacid by a physician. Abdominal scan, Blood/Urine test is taken and all are normal. As the problem persists, we showed her to a paediatrician who prescribed Tab Pan 20 once daily, Enterogermine Liquid twice daily. Acidity still persists (whenever she takes water/food intake). Otherwise she is active. Please recommend future treatment. Whether to show to gastroenterology

Hello,

Regarding your question as your daughter already has taken antacid medication, I would now recommend you to take her to Gastroenterologist for further evaluation. H Pylori infection is one of the common causes of resistant type pf acidity and stomach issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
