Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

Hello, for months I ve been having gut pains and I don t know why, it s making me not want too leave the house and it s ruining my life, I ve been to the doctors they said it s not gluten, they told me too try having lactose free products and I still had the pains, I ve had these pains for 8 months, and one day I shit myself so I wasn t wanting too eat (at school) and I am trying to eat properly again, I have Just Right for breakfast and try having a much fibre as possible and it s not helping, any suggestions? It s so bad I had too go online and ask a doctor... (You) obviously

Hello,

Now, I should have a look at the lab tests reports you already did. Having gut pain could be related to gut inflammation.

Good thing you started to change diet. Should add probiotics taking daily. Plus, lots of plain water. Should run:

- colonoscopy
- abdominal ultrasound
- faecal analysis
- if still, nothing should run Barium examination to rule out possible appendicitis.
