General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If I have such patient in my clinic I would have gone for an ultrasound to rule out stone or infection in the gall bladder. The gall bladder is located at the center of upper abdomen.
For the time being, he can take antispasmodics like hyoscine, PPI like pantoprazole and the antacid gel. He is supposed to have a soft diet and avoid tea, coffee, spices, heavy and junk food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
