Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

I am 49 years old and have severe abdominal pain, I have only had 1 child, and 1 abortion ( my most worst mistake when I was 16). I feel as though I am going into labor, but I know that I have not been with anyone else other than my husband for 20 years. He has had a vasectomy.....

It is due to some sort of gastric infection. Take some antibiotic like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal cramps. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause and take further treatment.
