Suggest Treatment For Senile Warts

I have had senile warts removed from my back by laser. Too limited in coverage and expensive. Can I mix Apple Cider Vinegar and some amount of Salicylic Acid (commercial wart treatment), and use that? What proportions of vinegar to salicylic acid could I use? Is it OK to break the white thick covering on the surface with a needle before applying the drop of mixture? I admit to trying that and it works quicker it seems, with no problems, so far.! Thank you. I am a triathlete and feel very much on display, hence my wish to remove these spots and dots. Val Lambert

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi. Salicylic acid may be used to treat senile warts. If its on face, i suggest you to use 6%. Apply it twice daily till you notice redness/ fissures/ superficial ulcer. I have no personal experience with apple cider vinegar. Hope it answers your queries. Thanks
